At Star Metro, we may focus on the ambiance and variety of our rental options, but we are also attuned to the need for modern convenience when it comes time to pay the rent, schedule needed maintenance or get answers to your questions. Our online resident portal is not only easy to navigate, but we are responsive to every request, and we understand the need to maintain our apartments in prime condition, from the move-in day to the final walk-through and return of a security deposit.

Our staff works with residents on a personal basis from first contact through final inspection. Star Metro is your apartment connection for the best neighborhoods in the Portland area, and we will help you to enjoy life however you choose to live it!

BIKE SERVICES

In 2003, Star Metro built its first custom secure outdoor bicycle parking facility. Since that time, we have added several more custom designed bicycle facilities to secure our residents’ bicycles. Tenant response has been so positive, we hope to continue expanding this service to all our properties.

The City of Portland has made it a goal to increase bicycle usage in our beautiful city. Statistics indicate Portlanders make an estimated 17,000 to 18,000 daily bicycle trips across the Willamette River’s bike friendly bridges.

A majority of these riders live in inner North, Northeast and Southeast Portland, where we have a variety of living choices!

PETS

Star Metro understands the importance of pets in peoples’ lives.

To accommodate our resident pet owners, we have installed pet waste bag dispensers at all of apartment communities. Each dispenser is routinely stocked with waste bags for your convenience.

While we do not have any breed or weight restrictions, we do not allow any aggressive behavior of any pets. We require qualified temperament evaluations for any labeled aggressive breeds.

WIFI CONNECTION

Star Metro's apartment communities are prewired for easy wifi & internet connection. Contact us and we can point you in the right direction to find the best provider in the area!

Many of our apartments support internet providers with speeds up to 1Gbps!

Once you are connected you will also easily be able to access our Star Metro's secure resident portal for services such as online maintenance request and rent payment.

TRANSIT

All of our apartment communities are close to a variety of transit options like bike routes, bus or Max lines. Most of our apartments are so close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping, you may never need a car again, unless you’re going to the beach or heading up to Mt. Hood.
